How Many pieces can I order?

We recommend at least 15 pieces per order, you can order as many as you wish. Read more about ordering here

Can you send to my country?

We deliver to any country in the world! Either by Postal Mail services or Direct Cargo services all determined by the weight of your order. here.

Do you receive payment on delivery or payment before delivery?

It is always Payment before deliver. We are here to provide you with the best hair additions and will not con you out of your money. We have been in this business for 26years; you can read more about us here.

How do I pay for the order I Have placed

How long will my products take to reach me?

Ounce you make payment, we process your order between 2-5 days depending mainly on colour availability and quantity order. We will try and manufacture everything as per your specification. We send it out as soon as possible By Postal services- max 15 days and by courier 3-4 days.

Can I be reseller/distributor of your products and what do I require?

Ounce I pay for these goods how shall I receive my goods what guarantee is there?

As mentioned earlier we have been in the business for 26years and our greatest aim is to ensure you as our customer receive your goods wherever you are. If we fail at this we will be sure not to have a business in the next couple of months.

Can I mix the quantities up or do I have to buy one cartoon?

Absolutely you can mix your order up. Example only one box of hair, 144 pieces but in it has a variety of it braids, weaves wigs and wiglets in it.

Do you sell human hair?

No, we do not sell human hair. Prefer to produce the highest quality synthetic hair additions instead of providing fake products and calling the human hair.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can send us your request to cancel your order. We do not process your order until payment has been made so do not worry about receive an order you cannot/do not intend to pay for.

Can I return the goods?

We do not allow for return of goods. Hence on of the reason we insist on payment before delivery that way you pay for what you want. Any colour replacements we always inform you to ensure you agree with them. In case of any mix up we are ready to listen and will find a way of sorting it out.

If no return allowed can I at least Change the order?

Ounce you place your order you can change it and readjust it accordingly as long as we have not already sealed and booked it for departure. It is always good to stick to the original order that way there is less chance of mix up.
