Ordering Process

Once we receive the order form we shall prepare a Proforma invoice which you use to make payments by bank transfer, money gram or western union. After which we process, package and send your order as soon as possible, all depending on colour and item availability.

   Placing an order in our online cart is very easy just follow process below to order online

     SKIP THE STEPS I WANT TO GO SHOPPING

1.      Browse our wide range of product categories (weaves, braids, wigs, ponies, extensions) and identify the different hair pieces you would like.

•        54/72//100/144/180 Pieces Per Carton…are the number of pieces of that particular hair type that will fit in a box/ Carton size 70x51x21cm.

•         You can order less the number of pieces in one box e.g. 20 pieces of Ultra Expression braids, 20 pieces of Mitchell weave etc. 

•          You can also order several different colours of your desired quantity e.g. 20 Pieces of Ultra Expression braid:

                     Colour 1   5pcs

·         The price indicated below/ besides each hair item is the price of one piece i.e. one weave, wig, braid etc (Total price = price per piece * quantity ordered(Carton/Number of Desired pieces. ) Calculated by cart

2.      Add hair items to cart by, selecting each hair piece at a time by clicking on it and you will be directed to its unique page where you can select the colour, type in the quantity once satisfied click on Add to basket.

       Repeat this step for wall the hair additions you want.

3.      Ounce you have everything in cart Click on View basket button. You will be directed to the basket view page, where you can add items, remove items clear whole basket and start all over again. Always update the basket after making any changes.

4.      Login/Registration Page: If already a customer you can log in using email and password or kindly fill out the registration form. If you are still not satisfied you can continue shopping and come back to this step later on

N.B Ensure you enter correct Details as this will be used when shipping your parcel, and contacting you if need be.

5.      Complete Order Page shows you the complete order including shipping is based on weight read more on shipping here. No tax is charged and Basket total is total value of goods plus shipping amount. Ensure the Invoice and shipping address are correct and preferably the same. Click on Continue ounce satisfied.

6.      Check out by selecting the print order form button; add your comments if any and select on continue. An order form is produced where you will be request to print it out. Select the name of the printer and print out your copy. A copy of the order is sent to the cart admin automatically.
